If you are requesting a delivery to a remote location, delivery times may be longer. It is important that you give us a correct email so we can send you notifications for the delivery.

All orders are processed Mondays through Fridays. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For deliveries in Sweden. It is important that you give us a correct mobile number so we can send you notifications for the delivery.

Delivery information with PostNord MyPack- Home: What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?

When choosing home delivery with the requirement of signing on receipt (POD) and not being at home at the agreed time, the following applies:

  1. Parcel redirection:
    - Parcels with a gross weight of up to 20kg will be redirected to the nearest service point.
    - Parcels with a gross weight over 20kg will be sent back to our terminal.
  2. Options for the customer:
    - Customer can order a new delivery attempt for a fee.
    - Customer also has the option to collect the parcel directly from the terminal.
  3. Storage and returns:
    - Parcels left at the terminal for more than 7 days will be sent back to the return address.
  4. Requesting a new delivery attempt:
    - If the recipient wants a new delivery attempt, they must pay for it via the PostNord app.

    To avoid extra costs and delays, make sure to be available at the agreed delivery time or use the flexible options offered.

Returns and Charges

We offer free returns. Returns must be made within 30 days from the day that you picked up the order, provided it is in its original condition.

Please report any visible damage directly to PostNord or your local UPS.
