Haglöfs Ski Camp 2026 – Terms and Conditions 

 

Haglöfs AB is a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden and having its principal office at Gustavslundsvägen 141, 167 51 Bromma, Sweden (referred to as "Haglöfs").   

Haglöfs Ski Camp 2026 promotion (referred to as the “Promotion") is a Promotion organized by Haglöfs to promote the brand. The Promotion is governed by these general terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).   

Duration   

The promotion will run from 06.03.2026 to 11.03.2026 23:59 CET (¨Promotion Period¨). The prize needs to be claimed in the time period 24/3-27/3.   

  

Prize   

Haglöfs will give away 2 tickets to one winner to the Haglöfs Ski Camp 2026 in Kebnekaise during the period 24-27 of March. The prize includes travel from Stockholm, Sweden on Monday 23rd of March up to the Ski Camp, at the base of Kebnekaise, accommodation in a shared tent with others, food and water on site as well as the travel back home to Stockholm on the 27th of March. The winner must comply with all safety, equipment, and insurance requirements as specified in paragraphs 11 and 13, and Haglöfs reserves the right to decline participation if these requirements are not met. 

 

Packing list – you are expected to bring your own gear, including: helmet, skis or split board, poles, backpack, complete avalanche safety kit, including transceiver, shovel and probe. Haglöfs will also provide participants with the full packing list. For everyone's safety, it is critical that all participants are fully prepared for avalanche and mountain hazards and possess the necessary skills and equipment for this trip. Haglöfs reserves the right to decline participation to anyone who is not adequately equipped or trained for such risks.  

 

You must have insurance that covers mountain rescue, medical evacuation, and avalanche risks for this type of activity.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE  

Participation in the Promotion is free of any charge. All entries received outside of the Promotion Period and those that do not comply with this T&Cs are automatically disqualified. In order to participate in the Promotion, participants must:  

1. Like Haglöfs post announcing the competition.  
2. Follow us on Instagram
3. Tag the friend you want to bring to the camp 

The winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of all eligible participants.  

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

  

1. ELIGIBILITY  

1.1. Legal residents of European Union, Switzerland, UK, and Norway who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is for private purposes only. Directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and the immediate family and household members of those individuals of Haglöfs, Haglöfs offices in the participant countries, sales force, retailers (including their staff), agencies involved in the development of this Promotion, affiliated companies and other persons involved in the Promotion are not eligible to enter this Promotion.   

1.2. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion and to receive the prize, the participant must fully comply with these general terms and conditions, and by accepting the prize the recipient agrees to be bound by these general terms and conditions and the decisions of Haglöfs, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects.   

1.3. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion and to receive the prize is contingent upon meeting all safety, equipment, and insurance requirements as detailed in paragraphs 11 and 13. Haglöfs reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any participant who does not meet these requirements, even after selection. 

  

3. PRIZE DETAILS AND CONDITIONS  

3.1. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is EUR 1800. The prize is subject to any and all applicable terms and conditions of Haglöfs. Any depictions of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. No transfer, refund, substitution or replacement of the prize is permitted. The winners need to arrange their own travel to and from Stockholm, Haglöfs will not pay for any potential accommodation or travel.  

3.2. Subject to change, the decision on the Winner will take place on 12.03.2026.   

3.3. The winners will be chosen randomly from the pool of all eligible participants, by Haglöfs employees.  

3.4. The Winner will be contacted via Instagram DM.  

3.5 By participating in the Promotion, you hereby grant Haglöfs a permission to announce your Instagram account name used for entry to the Promotion in Haglöfs’ Instagram stories in order to announce and congratulate the winner.  

3.6. The winner will be contacted the day after the Promotion Period is over and no later than 12.03.2026 via Instagram.   

3.7. In the event that Haglöfs cannot for any reason get in contact with a winner, or a winner does not confirm their acceptance, in writing, to the initial communications within 7 days, Haglöfs reserves the right to select another winner by means of same winner selection process.   

 

If you cannot join the Ski Camp, you need to let us know 7 days in advance. In case you or your travel partner gets sick or for any other reason can’t join we also need to know this 7 days in advance.  

  

4. PERSONAL DATA  

4.1 Any processing of personal data provided by recipients in connection with participation in the Promotion will be used for administration of the Promotion and awarding of the prize only, and is subject to Haglöfs’ Privacy Policy. The legal basis for processing personal data for these purposes is the performance of a contract (i.e., these Terms and Conditions). 

Haglöfs’ Privacy Policy available on haglofs.com. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand Haglöfs’ standards and practices regarding the processing of personal data. Processing of personal data of the winner for realization of the prize shall be subject to Haglöfs Privacy Policy, the privacy policy of any shipping partner in order for it to facilitate the realization of the prize. The winner will be contacted directly by Haglöfs for the purposes of scheduling the private screening, and Haglöfs will coordinate all communication relating to this promotion directly with the winner.18  

4.2. Except where prohibited or restricted by law, the winner, by claiming and/or accepting the prize, consents and agrees to Haglöfs and its affiliates, without owing any remuneration to winner, to use, publish, replicate, alter, adapt, modify, broadcast, translate, distribute, and syndicate the recipient’s full name, city and state of residence, prize claim, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by recipient regarding the Promotion or Haglöfs, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade, promotion on behalf of Haglöfs, in any and all forms of media without limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval, which rights recipient acknowledges and agrees Haglöfs can transfer, assign, license, and/or sublicense to any third party. The legal basis for such processing is the winner's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time as described below. 

  

5. LIABILITY WAIVER  

5.1 Haglöfs and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award the prize to a recipient, with regard to:   

(a) prize claims that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the general terms and conditions;   

(b) prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind;   

(c) recipients who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Promotion or claiming the prize;   

(d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties;   

(e) any inability of the recipient to accept the prize for any reason;   

(g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion.   

5.2 The recipient, by claiming and/or accepting the prize, agrees to release and hold harmless Haglöfs and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), illness, health issue, and/or death which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, including but not limited to risks associated with avalanches, severe weather, mountain hazards, and terrain-related dangers. This release also applies to any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Insofar as is permitted by the law, Haglöfs (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage otherwise arising out of or in connection, directly or indirectly, with the Promotion, including but not limited to risks arising from avalanches, severe weather, mountain hazards, and terrain-related dangers. 

5.3 The winner assumes any and all risks associated with participation and redemption of the prize, including but not limited to risks of avalanches, severe weather, mountain hazards, and terrain-related dangers. The participant acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their own safety and actions in connection with such hazards. 

5.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion and/or accepting the prize, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haglöfs and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or attendance at the Haglöfs Ski Camp 2026, including but not limited to those arising from avalanches, severe weather, mountain hazards, and terrain-related dangers, except where prohibited by law. 

5.4 By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, associated or administered by Instagram and you agree to release Instagram from any and all liability connected with the Promotion.   

  

6. MISCELLANEOUS  

6.1. Haglöfs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual/recipient it finds to be:   

(a) tampering with the selection process or the operation of the Promotion, or with any web sites promoting the Promotion;   

(b) acting in violation of the general terms and conditions; or   

(c) entering or attempting to enter the Promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries.   

6.2. If Haglöfs determines, in its sole discretion, that technical or unforeseen events, severe weather, or other hazardous conditions compromise the integrity, safety, or viability of the Promotion or the Ski Camp, Haglöfs reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Ski Camp or void the claims at prize at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Promotion, including the entire Promotion. If the Promotion or Ski Camp is terminated, postponed, or modified due to technical difficulties, severe weather, or hazardous conditions prior to the expiration date of the Promotion Period, notice will be posted on Instagram.   

  

7. JURISDICTIONAND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT   

7.1. Any claims or complaints regarding this Promotion should be communicated via email to marketing@haglofs.se. Please clearly state your personal details (name and surname) and contact details, the name of the promotional campaign and the subject of the complaint. If you reside in the EU, the European Commission provides for an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you would like to bring a matter to our attention, please contact us.  In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, you may turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm - email: arn@arn.se.  

7.2. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these general terms and conditions, or the rights and obligations of the recipient or Haglöfs in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Sweden. In addition, any dispute relating to the Promotion (including these general terms and conditions) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm.
