Our people

We are committed to respecting human rights.

Employees

At Haglöfs, we aim to create an inclusive workplace where people are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, and to provide a safe and healthy working environment.

Our values guide how we work, and our Code of Conduct sets out the principles and standards we expect everyone at Haglöfs to follow. It covers areas including gender equality, health and safety, and our zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and harassment.

Workers

Dedicated people around the world work to create Haglöfs products that enhance outdoor adventures. It is fundamental that everyone involved in this process – including those across our value chain – is treated fairly. At Haglöfs, we are committed to respecting human rights in our own operations as well as in our value chain, and we expect our suppliers and other business partners to do the same. To put this commitment into practice, we conduct ongoing human rights due diligence. This means that we work to identify, prevent, mitigate and remediate actual and potential adverse human rights impacts that we may cause, contribute to or be linked to. We work collaboratively with our manufacturers and their workers, third-party organizations and other brands to address identified risks and issues.

To learn more about our human rights due diligence work, see Haglöfs’ latest Sustainability report and Factory list.

Fair Wear Foundation

In 2012, Haglöfs became a member of the Fair Wear Foundation – a multi-stakeholder initiative that aims to advance workers’ rights across global supply chains. Our collaboration with the Fair Wear Foundation supports our human rights due diligence work in our clothing, footwear and hardware factories. The Fair Wear Foundation supports member brands through factory audits and training, a worker helpline, and local expertise in labor and human rights. It also provides opportunities for member brands to collaborate on issues identified in shared factories. Additionally, the Fair Wear Foundation assesses member brands’ human rights due diligence processes and systems through its Brand Performance Check, with the results made publicly available on its website. Haglöfs was awarded Leader status in the 2025 Fair Wear Brand Performance Check. The full Brand Performance Check report is available here.
