What are you doing when you have some down time.

I'm really into health. When I have down time I read alot about health and biohacking. Other sports I do are biking, climbing and running.

Tell us about your background:

I grew up in the countryside outside Västerås. Together with my two older brothers we spent more time outside playing then inside. I began to explore the outdoors as soon as I could walk. As a kid there was always an adventure to do. As a 2 year old my dad placed me in a pair of ski boots and after some runs I was stuck. Stuck in to the sport and the culture that came with it. Scouting has also been a big part of my life. Being a part of that has given me opportunities to explore different countries and cultures all over the world.

As soon as I finished highschool I packed my bag and moved north. Around that time I understood that exploring and sports are my things. I started trail running, fell in love with mountain biking and took my skiing from the slopes to the off piste.

What was your craziest adventure or experience so far.

The craziest adventure I have done was bikepacking with skies through the dolomites, 2023. A trip I have dreamed about for years.

What is your bucket list / dream trip.

I would love to go on a sail and ski trip. That would be a dreamtrip. And also cross the Atlantic and explore skiing in Canada and Alaska.
