Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means Haglöfs AB and “Event” shall mean the 2023 Film Festival session for which the ticket is issued.

Tickets to this Event are issued on behalf of Haglöfs AB and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Any attendees of the Event agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Admission:

1. Only persons with a valid ticket will be allowed admission to the Event. Defaced or altered tickets will become void and the holder will be refused admission.
   
   
2. For the safety of people at the Event, Haglöfs AB reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate. Haglöfs reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be disruptive, behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of Haglöfs.
   
   
3. Persons aged under 18 are not permitted to purchase or attend without parental supervision.

Tickets:

4. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
   
   
5. We may restrict the sale of tickets to a maximum number per person (allocation). We reserve the right to cancel tickets bought in excess of this allocation.
   
   
6. All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Charitable Donation:

7. The proceeds of the event will be donated to a charity of Haglöfs choice.

Changes to Event:

8. Haglöfs reserves the right to make reasonable alterations or variations to the content, timing, or location, of any part of the Event without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.
   
   
9. If the Event is cancelled, or rescheduled by Haglöfs, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to another event or be offered a refund in accordance with the legal regulations of the country.
   
   
10. In the event that the Event is cancelled by any Government regulation or restriction introduced after the purchase date your ticket may be transferred to a future event, or refunded.
    
    
11. If the Event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, Haglöfs cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.

Miscellaneous provisions:

12. Haglöfs will not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) Haglöfs has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, Haglöfs will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors or other attendees.
    
    
13. Haglöfs does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
    
    
14. Attendees may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by Haglöfs and our trusted sponsors and partners.
    
    
15. Attendees must not make any video and/or sound recordings in the performance areas of the Event unless written permission is provided by Haglöfs.
