Tell us about your background:
My parents took me skiing when I was only a few years old at a family-friendly ski resort called Kläppen in Sweden. After seeing an alpine skiing club training there I was fascinated and wanted to try it, so my parents signed me up without knowing what was ahead. Looking back the entire family got dragged in to ski racing. Both of my younger sisters moved on to skicross and I eventually found my way to freeride, but it all started at the local ski school in Kläppen.  The past years I’ve been coaching ski racing athletes, travelled for skiing to countries like China, Nepal and Georgia and started to build a life with skiing as a central part. The past years I’ve worked as a writer and web editor for the Swedish ski magazine Åka Skidor and organizing the Untracked Film Tour, screening ski and snowboard movies at multiple locations in Sweden. My most recent challenge is studying energy engineering through an online program from the Mid Sweden University, allowing me to combine studying with living close to the mountains and skiing.

What was your craziest adventure or experience so far:
A ski touring and winter camping mission to northern Norway in the spring of 2017 together with my good friend and mountain guide Morgan Salén. The trip started with our tent getting blown out to sea in an unexpected storm, but the amazing snow and weather conditions in combination with the mind-blowing mountains we got to ski in the end made it worth sacrificing that tent. I will never forget those two weeks of surreal skiing in the Lyngen Alps.

Bucket list / Dream trip:
Visiting all the national parks in Sweden.

Why become a Haglöfs Ambassador:
I think it goes without saying that the gear is amazing, but I first loved Haglöfs for much more than that: the way they advocate for anyone and everyone enjoying the outdoors. And when I heard their moJo “outsiders by nature”, my first thought was “that’s me!”

What´s your favorite Haglöfs gear:
Ah it’s too hard to choose! But I guess if I have to I would say for the summer, my absolute favorite is the Airak 14L pack. For the winter, the Vassi jacket+bibs!

Quote you live by:
“Don’t be an idiot”- Dwight Schrute….. just kidding! I would say “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad gear”
