Membership Terms and conditions

 

1. Program scope 

The Haglöfs Membership is currently available only in Sweden and is limited to Swedish customers (Country Code SE). 

  • You can earn points and vouchers when shopping in our Swedish e-com store or retail stores, and redeem them in Sweden. 
  • Points and vouchers are not valid outside Sweden. 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time, with at least 30 days’ prior notice to members. 

If you move to another EU country where Haglöfs operates, you will need to register a new account for that market. Due to technical limitations, points and vouchers from the Swedish program can’t be transferred between markets and will be forfeited.  

Membership in the Haglöfs loyalty program is personal and non-transferable. You can sign up online or in-store, and you’re responsible for keeping your contact details up to date in your account. 

 

2. Eligibility 

  • To earn points, you must be a registered member of our loyalty program and have actively accepted the program’s terms (account holder status = “yes”). 
  • You’re always in control — if you change your mind, you can end your membership at any time in your account settings.  
  • If you end your membership, any unused points and vouchers will also be forfeited. 

 

3. Earning points 

When you make a qualifying purchase, you will earn 1 point for every 1 SEK you spend. Points are calculated based on the final purchase value after any returns or exclusions. Additional ways to earn points may be introduced in the future. 

 

4. Exclusions 

Certain purchases and activities are not eligible for points. Points will not be awarded for gift cards or shipping costs, and Haglöfs staff are not eligible to earn points. 

 

5. Pending period  

  • After you make a purchase, your points will be pending for 50 days. This waiting period helps us account for possible returns or order adjustments, so points and vouchers are only issued for completed, non-returned purchases. 
  • You will not be able to use your points during this time. 
  • If your purchase meets the spending threshold and remains valid after any returns, your voucher will be created and issued to you on day 51. 

 

6. Expiry of points and vouchers 

Please note that points and vouchers will expire 6 months after they are earned, so be sure to use them within this period to enjoy your rewards. You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before your voucher expires, and another reminder 3 days before the expiry date. Any pending period is not included in the 6-month validity period. 

 

7. Launch conditions 

Points are earned only on purchases made from the official launch date onward. Transactions completed before the launch date are not eligible, and manual bonus points will not be granted at launch. 

 

8. Conversion of points 

Your points will be converted into fixed reward vouchers when you reach the following set thresholds: 

  • 2,999 points = 150 SEK voucher 
  • 4,499 points = 250 SEK voucher 

When you redeem a voucher, only the points required to reach the threshold will be deducted from your account, starting with your oldest points. Any remaining points will remain in your account until they are used or expire. 

 

9. Voucher conditions 

  • Vouchers are provided in Swedish kronor (SEK). 
  • Minimum spend to use a voucher is 300 SEK before the voucher is applied. 
  • Vouchers are valid for six months from the date they are issued. 
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • Individual vouchers cannot be partially redeemed. Once a voucher is used, the full voucher value is applied and any unused balance is forfeited. 
  • Customers with multiple vouchers may redeem them in separate transactions before their respective expiry dates. 
  • Vouchers may only be redeemed in Sweden, either in the Swedish e-commerce store or Swedish retail stores. 
  • Unless otherwise specified, vouchers may be used together with other promotions. 

 

10. Termination & Inactivity 

If your account is inactive for 2 years, it may be deactivated and all accrued points and vouchers will expire. You can close your account at any time, which will also result in forfeiture of unused rewards. 

 

11. Issuance conditions 

  • Vouchers will be pending for 50 days and issued 51 days after a qualifying purchase, provided your purchase still meets the threshold after any returns. 
  • If a return reduces your qualifying spend below the threshold: 
    • The voucher will not be issued. 
    • If the voucher has already been issued, it will be revoked. 
  • There is no limit to the number of vouchers you may receive as a member. 

 

13. Returns and refund handling 

 

13.1 Qualifying purchase returned 

If you return items from a qualifying purchase and your remaining order value falls below the required threshold: 

  • No voucher will be issued; or 
  • If a voucher has already been issued, Haglöfs may revoke it. 

 

13.2 Purchase made using a voucher (partial return) 

If you make a purchase using a voucher and return part of your order: 

  • If your remaining order value still meets the threshold, your voucher remains valid. 
  • If your remaining order value falls below the threshold, your refund will be adjusted and the voucher value will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

 

13.3 Purchase made using a voucher (full return) 

If you return your entire purchase made with a voucher: 

  • Only the amount you actually paid will be refunded. 
  • The voucher is considered used and will not be reissued. 

 

13.4 Points adjustment upon item return 

If you return an item: 

  • Points earned on returned items will be reversed and deducted from your points balance once the return is processed. 

Any changes to these rules will be communicated to you in advance. 

 

14. Communications & Notices 

We may contact you about program updates, offers, and account information. If you opt out of marketing communications, your membership will remain active and you will still receive essential account-related notices.

16. Dispute Resolution 

Disputes arising from the loyalty program will be governed by Swedish law and may be resolved by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the competent Swedish courts. 

 

17. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. 

 

18. Privacy and Data Use  

Our collection and use of your personal information is subject to Haglöfs’ Privacy Policy. You can read the Policy and manage your account settings at any time.
