
Membership FAQ
The Haglöfs Membership* is a free account that unlocks exclusive benefits.
As a Haglöfs member, you will earn:
- 10% off your first purchase on haglofs.com
- early access to exclusive drops
- invites to exclusive community events and product testing sessions
- points, rewards and more
*The Haglöfs Membership will initially only be available in Sweden.
Points and vouchers can only be earned by customers ordering in and to Sweden.
Vouchers can only be redeemed in Sweden, including our Swedish online store and Swedish retail stores.
Points and vouchers are not valid outside of Sweden.
Haglöfs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
If a customer relocates to another EU market operated by Haglöfs AB, they will need to register a new account in that market. Points and vouchers connected to the Swedish loyalty program are not transferable between markets and may be forfeited.
For now, you need to be located in Sweden to become a member and earn points. But we're working to expand the program in the future.
Every time you order gear via the Haglöfs online shop (or in our physical stores in Sweden), you'll automatically earn points if you're logged in to your account. For every 1 SEK spent (based on the final purchase value after returns and exclusions) you'll receive 1 point.
Starting from 2999 points, you'll earn a 150 SEK voucher. From 4499 points, you'll earn a 250 SEK voucher.
We'll unlock more opportunities to earn points in the future. Stay tuned.
Points are earned with every order. Gift cards or shipping costs will not included in the value that accounts for your points. Haglöfs staff is excluded from earning points.
Points can only be awarded to purchases linked to your membership account at the time of purchase. Make sure you're logged in and use the same email address as your membership account when checking out.
Points will automatically be added 46 days after your purchase. This also means that if you reach the voucher threshold with your newly earned points, the voucher will also be issued 50 days after the purchase.
Pending points are points you've earned from recent purchases that haven't been approved yet.
Points remain pending for 50 days after purchase to allow time for returns or order adjustments. Once the pending period has ended, your points will become available and can be used to unlock reward vouchers if you have reached a reward threshold.
If a voucher is issued, you'll receive an email on day 51.
6 months after earning your points, they will expire and can't be used to unlock vouchers anymore.
Points are only earned on purchases made from the official launch of the Loyalty program.
No existing orders from before the launch date will be included.
No manual bonus points will be granted at launch.
Once your collected points reach these thresholds, the points will automatically be converted into reward vouchers.
2999 points = 150 SEK voucher
4499 points = 250 SEK voucher
Only the number of points required to reach the threshold will be deducted.
The oldest points are used first.
Remaining points stay until used or expired.
No existing transactions will be included.
No manual bonus points will be granted at launch.
1. Vouchers can be used 46 days after a purchase brought your point balance to the threshold value – if the purchase still meets the threshold after returns.
2. If a return brings your point balance below the threshold:
The voucher will not be issued.
If the voucher has already been issued, the voucher will become invalid.
3. Voucher limits and conditions:
Members can earn an unlimited number of vouchers.
No orders from the past will be included.
No manual bonus points will be granted at launch.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued. Any pending period is not included in the 6-month validity period.
You'll receive an email reminder 7 days before your voucher expires, and another reminder 3 days before the expiry date.
Yes, you can redeem multiple vouchers in the same order, provided all voucher conditions are met.
This depends on a few different factors. Let's have a look at the most common scenarios.
1. You return products that you earned points on.
If you return products that you earned points on, the points you earned with the products will be deducted from your point balance once the return is processed.
2. You return products that earned you points AND you reached the voucher threshold with this order.
If you return items from a purchase that brought your point balance to (or above) the voucher threshold and your resulting point balance falls below the threshold, no voucher will be issued. If a voucher has already been issued to you, it becomes invalid.
3. You return products that you purchased using a voucher. (partial return)
If you make a partial return of products (meaning not all items of your order are returned) that you purchased with a voucher, the voucher payment will remain valid if the new order value still meets the voucher value.
If the remaining order value falls below the voucher value, the difference between the voucher value and the order value will be added to your voucher again. (Example: You paid using your 150 SEK voucher. After returns, your order value is 100 SEK. 50 SEK will be added to your voucher again.)
4. You return products that you purchased using a voucher. (full return)
If all products of an order you placed using a voucher are returned, only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded.
The voucher is considered used and will not be reissued.
If you cancel your membership, your membership account will be closed and you will lose access to any unused points and vouchers. Points and vouchers cannot be reinstated if you decide to join again at a later date.
