Social Media Image-Use Terms & Conditions

We love seeing our gear out in the real world. If we spot a great photo or video of yours on social media, we may ask for your permission to share it on our own channels. If you say yes, the Terms and Conditions below will apply.

Simply reply with #YesOutsiders (or any hashtag we specify) to our request on Instagram, TikTok, or another social-media platform. By doing so, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) for the use of your content (“Content”)

Licence to Use Your Content

You give Haglöfs AB (reg. no. 556054-8694) (“we,” “us,” “our”) a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence — valid worldwide — to use your Content, in whole or in part, in the following ways:

· Reproduce, display, share or broadcast it on any channel

· Adapt, edit or otherwise modify it as needed

· Feature it in our marketing, advertising and other promotional materials, online or offline — such as on our websites, social-media pages, newsletters, online store and in-store displays.

You also expressly consent to our using any images in which you are identifiable for marketing or advertising purposes, in line with the Swedish Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising (Lag om namn och bild i reklam 1978:800).

This licence lasts for the maximum period allowed by law and may be sublicensed or transferred to our affiliates or service providers who support our marketing activities.

Personal Data & Right of Publicity

You give us permission to use your name, social-media handle, image and likeness — exactly as they appear in or alongside your Content — for the marketing and promotional purposes described above. We will do so in line with all relevant data-protection and publicity-rights laws.

Your Representations & Warranties

You confirm that:

· You are an individual (and not for instance a corporation)

· You are at least 18 years old or acting with parental/guardian consent.

· You are the sole owner of all rights in the Content or have obtained any necessary permissions from third parties appearing in, or holding rights to, the Content.

· Our use of the Content under these Terms will not infringe any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person, nor breach any law or platform rule.

Release

You waive any right to payment for our use of the Content and agree not to bring any claims or demands against us (or our affiliates, directors, employees, or agents) arising from that use.

Withdrawal of Consent

If you change your mind, let us know by emailing us at (heidi.karjalainen@haglofs.se)

Once we receive your request, we will stop using your Content on our channels as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that this will not affect any uses or copies already made before we process your request.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from or related to them will be settled exclusively by the courts of Stockholm, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
