Cleaning
Washing instructions
Step 1: Loosen all the straps
Loosen all straps, remove any detachable hip belts and wash the backpack in a bathtub or large sink.
Step 2: Hand wash
We recommend hand washing in lukewarm water using a soap-based detergent. Do not use fabric softener.
Step 3: Use a sponge
Rub the backpack carefully with a soft sponge and then rinse thoroughly.
Step 4: Dry
Hang the backpack to dry in a well-ventilated space, or outdoors away from direct sunlight.
Miscellaneous:
Tip 1:
We advise against using a washing machine and tumble dryer as parts of the backpack may come loose or catch and destroy both the appliance and the product.
Tip 2:
Most products can be re-waterproofed with spray-on waterproofing.
Tip 3:
Make sure that all of the metal parts of the product are thoroughly dry before storage to avoid corrosion.
Tip 4:
For long-term storage, keep the backpack in a cool, dry space.

Additional Care
Tip 1:
Avoid machine washing and tumble drying, as buckles, frames, and straps can catch, detach, or damage both the backpack and the appliance.
Tip 2:
Most backpacks can be re-waterproofed using a spray-on treatment — ensure the product is appropriate for synthetic fabrics.
Tip 3:
Before storage, confirm all metal components are completely dry to prevent corrosion.
Tip 4:
For long-term storage, keep the backpack in a cool, dry environment.
