HAGLÖFS TRAIL RUN COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") governs the Haglöfs Trail Run Competition (the "Contest"), initiated and organised by Haglöfs AB, Gustavslundsvägen 141, SE-167 51 Bromma, Sweden, org.nr. 556054-8694 ("HAGLÖFS"). By participating in the Contest, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. Who may enter

1. The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older who:
   a) purchase a product from the Haglöfs L.I.M Series or Trail Running assortment between 22 December 2024 and 28 December 2024 ("Promotion Period");
   b) are registered as member of the HAGLÖFS website (membership is free and can be created at www.haglofs.com); and
   c) reside in Sweden, Norway, Finland or Denmark.
2. Employees of HAGLÖFS, affiliated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions without any reservation or limitation, including the selection of the Winner, as defined below.

How to enter

1. To participate, the code "Trail24" must be applied at checkout, as provided in the newsletter announcing the Contest. Eligible participants will then automatically be entered into the Contest upon purchasing any L.I.M Series or Trail Running product during the Promotion Period, provided they are registered as Haglöfs members at the time of purchase. Participants may enter multiple times by making additional purchases during the Promotion Period, using the same code.
2. No additional proof of purchase or receipt upload is required, as eligibility will be verified internally via HAGLÖFS' business system. Individuals that are not eligible will not be included in the Contest.  
3. Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4. HAGLÖFS retains the right to exclude a consumer from participating in the contest that do not meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

Prize

1. The prize consists of two (2) tickets per winner (“Winners”) to the Höga Kusten Trail Run Winter Edition 2025, taking place in Sweden 15^th of February (the "Prize"). The Winner can choose which 2 type of tickets they want from the available distances, It is possible to choose different distances on the 2 tickets. The ticket values are the following:

• 12 km ("Twin Peaks"): 890 SEK per ticket.
• 17 km ("Three Peaks"): 990 SEK per ticket.
• 35 km ("Classic 25k"): 1190 SEK per ticket.
• 35 km ("Extreme"): 1190 SEK per ticket.
• 50 km ("Classic/Extreme/Insane"): SEK 1190 per ticket.
10. The Prize includes only the event tickets. Travel, accommodation, meals, and all other related costs are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
11. The Prize has a value of up to a total of SEK 2,380. The participants agree to be responsible for all eventual applicable taxes, duties or other charges payable in relation to the Prize.
12. Winners must ensure they are in proper physical condition to participate in their chosen distance. HAGLÖFS is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents during the event.

Winner selection

1. Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted by HAGLÖFS or an appointed neutral third party. Four Winners will be selected in total.
2. Winners will be notified via email by 10 January 2025 using the contact information provided in their Haglöfs membership account. The Winners will be publicly announced 10 January 2025.
3. Winners must confirm their acceptance of the Prize via email within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the Prize, and HAGLÖFS reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Once the Winners has accepted their Prizes, the Prize will be sent out via email.
4. If you have not been contacted by 10 January 2025, you have unfortunately not won the Contest.

 

General Terms

1. HAGLÖFS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues or legal restrictions) make it impossible to continue as planned. Participants may withdraw if material changes are made, but no prize substitution or compensation will be offered.
2. The Prize is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions are permitted.
3. Participants must agree to abide by any additional terms and conditions set forth by the Höga Kusten Trail Run organisers. More details can be found at: Höga Kusten Trail Run Winter Edition.

Privacy

1. By entering the Contest, participants consent to HAGLÖFS processing their personal data in accordance with the Haglöfs Privacy Policy, available at: www.haglofs.com/en/privacy-policy.
2. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties except as required to organise the Prize.

Liability

1. Except where prohibited by law, HAGLÖFS and its affiliates, officers, and employees disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising from participation in the Contest or use of the Prize.
2. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being during the Höga Kusten Trail Run. It is recommended that Winners secure personal insurance to cover their participation in the Höga Kusten Trail Run.

 

Governing law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts.
