Jorgen is one of the leading ski alpinists in Norway, with many first descents in Jotunheimen, Hemsedal and Nord More to his credit. He has more than 15 years of experience as a ski and climbing guide and he is a certified international mountain guide (UIAGM).

If I was president for a day I would: Since I believe that environmental issues are our most important challenge I would have distributed a yearly CO ² quota that everyone had to administer.
The best thing about beeing outdoors: Fresh air, the feeling of freedom and unlimited challenges.
I never travel without: Ski boot dryer and slippers.
My motto: Always do everything entirely, not partially.
Something you didn’t know about me: I have been a bass player and singer in a punkrock band called ”Raegers in the night”.
Season plans: I’m going to work with courses and guided tours in the mountains nearby Hemsedal. I’m also hoping to travel to Lyngen for some steep skiing in the spring.
