Customer service & FAQ
Find out where your order will be delivered to, how much each delivery will cost and the waiting time for an order to arrive.
We only deliver within Sweden for the time being and the package will arrive at a postal pick-up point near your selected address. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Applicable for all addresses in Sweden:
- Free delivery for orders over 1000 SEK
- For orders under 1000 SEK the delivery fee is 39 SEK
1 day - For postcodes that begin with 10 to 82
2 days - Postcodes starting with 62 (Gotland)
2 days - Postcodes starting with 83 to 98
Deliveries to the countryside will take 1 extra day
These timings are applicable to orders made before 11:00 a.m. CET. For orders made after 11:00 a.m.CET, 1 extra day will be added. Please note that no deliveries will be made on weekends or on public holidays in Sweden.

Tracking your order
You can track your order via posten.se using the tracking number (Item ID) that you receive in an email from Haglöfs once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
You can also see the status of your orders by logging in to your Haglöfs account.
When your order has arrived at your postal pick up point you will receive a text message to the cell-phone number you provided. If you did not provide a cell-phone number, you will receive a notice by mail when your order has arrived.
