Customer Service & Claims Representative

Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a Customer Service & Claims Representative to join our CS team in Kempten, Germany. The position is a permanent full-time position and will report to the Customer Service Manager, also located in Kempten.

Haglöfs develops clothing, footwear and hardware for people who invest in an active outdoor lifestyle. Main responsibilities and tasks:

As a Customer Service & Claims Representative, you interact with customers every day and you play an important part in strengthening our brand perception through excellent, professional and personal service. You are expected to have extensive knowledge of our products and have a genuine interest for sales, customer relations and service. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Handling of claims issues
  • Providing professional and effective services to our German and central Europe customers
  • Communicating with internal and external customers by telephone and email, building positive relationships
  • Providing end consumers and retailers with product information


We are looking for a natural team player with a positive can-do attitude and solutions orientation. You should have a strong sense of responsibility and contribute to the constant improvement of the processes and procedures within the CS team. Previous experience from the outdoor industry and/or knowledge of technical outdoor products is highly meriting.

  • 1-5 years of experience from customer service or equivalent roles
  • Structured and administrative skills
  • Strong communicative skills, both verbally and written
  • Good English skills, both verbally and written
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility
