Sales Associate,  London

 

Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a Sales Associate to our new Flagship store in the Asics store at Regent street in London. The positions are permanent and full or part time and will report to the Assistant Store Manager.

 

As a Store Associate you will play an important part in contributing to Haglöfs’ continued success. You will support the store Management in meeting or exceeding store sales target. You will also be responsible for offering excellent in store customer service by delivering professionalism, deep product knowledge and a personal touch when interacting with customers.

 

Main responsibilities and tasks
  • Initiate contact with the customer in the store and help the customer feel welcome.
  • Ensure all cash handling is accurate, while facilitating a superior checkout experience. 
  • Drive the selling efforts and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Assess the needs of the customer and provide appropriate level of service and product expertise. 
  • Ensure all visual standards are followed, daily restock is completed and adequate size runs are represented per brand standards. 
  • Manage back of house operations and share in the cleaning duties of the store where required.
  • It may be required to also work in the Asics department when needed.  

 

Profile

We are looking for a person who aspires to develop as a Store Associate and has a genuine interest in outdoor products and lifestyle. To be successful in this role you should have/be:

  • Completed or pursuing a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous retail experience. 
  • Previous outdoor experience.
  • Excellent skills in communication (written and oral), teamwork, flexibility, pro-activeness.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • General knowledge of Haglöfs products is preferred.
