Haglöfs' Code of Conduct, which is signed by all Haglöfs' producers, clearly states that down used in our products is not plucked from live birds, but rather it is gathered during food production as a by-product.

Different grades of goose down are used in the production of Haglöfs' clothing and sleeping bags; 600 cuin, 650 cuin and 750 cuin fill power.

Haglöfs' down comes from the American company Allied Feather & Down Corp. They have provided us with written guarantee that their down is not plucked from live birds. Staff from Haglöfs have also visited the production plants to follow up their statement.
