WHERE CAN I BUY HAGLÖFS PRODUCTS?

There is a list of ALL OUR RETAILERS on our website. Some of them also offer Internet sales. The retailers that we refer to as Haglöfs specialists are characterised by their knowledge of the outdoors, meaning they can provide great advice about your equipment.

MY HAGLÖFS PRODUCT HAS BROKEN – WHAT DO I DO?

You should go back to the shop where you purchased the product and show them the product and receipt. In general, the shops have good procedures for handling claims. Haglöfs follows the Consumer Purchases Act, which means that you are entitled to claim for a product up to three years after purchase. Read more about the Consumer Purchases Act here!

I'M LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT I FOUND ON YOUR WEBSITE, BUT I CANNOT FIND IT IN MY OUTDOOR STORE. WHAT DO I DO?

Talk to your shop, then they can help you order the product from us.

WE ARE A GROUP OF FRIENDS WHO WANT TO PLAN AN EXPEDITION AND ARE LOOKING FOR A SUITABLE SPONSOR. WOULD HAGLÖFS QUALIFY AS SUCH?

Haglöfs currently sponsors events, expeditions and various adventures. What they have in common is that they are all professional outdoor people who we work with long-term, based on well-planned goals.

WE ARE ARRANGING AN OUTDOOR COMPETITION. WOULD HAGLÖFS LIKE TO SPONSOR IT?

Haglöfs sponsors a few public COMPETITIONS AND EVENTS. In the event we do get involved as a sponsor, there is always a written plan of cooperation. The plan details which commitments the parties have in relation to one another, in terms of both costs and benefits.

We normally have all sponsorship efforts of this type planned in October of the year before they take place. Queries of this type must always be made in writing to Haglöfs, with a clear description of the project and what commitments the differnent parties are expected to make.

CAN I GET A WORK EXPERIENCE PLACEMENT AT HAGLÖFS?

Unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to offer a meaningful work experience position at Haglöfs.
