VASSI LTD EDITION IS RELEASED NOVEMBER 2

This winter we have made the ultimate ski clothing, together with two of the best free skiers in the world, Per Jonsson and Asbjørn Eggebø Næss. For one year they have been a part of our design team and with their experience they have contributed to the making of a top class ski jacket and pant.

We knew that these products would turn out good but when the Vassi Jacket was awarded the ISPO Award 2012 in the Action Apparel class, that was proof we had done everything right.

To celebrate this, we will release a small amount of Vassi jackets in a unique color combination in some stores in Sweden and the rest of Europe on November 2nd. Take the chance to become one of the few that will get the special combination of exclusive color and function.

Vassi is named after the mountain Vassitjåkka which is located near Riksgränsen in Sweden and has nurtured generations of skiers. According to Per: ”To me the mountain Vassitjåkka stands for strength, quality and joy. A perfect name for a perfect ski jacket and pant.”

When we started developing Vassi we talked about needs. What do we need when we are out on the mountain? The intention was to make a jacket and pant that we can use from November, when the first snow falls, to June when the season is over.

VASSI JACKET

There are some functions that are essential and we wanted them all in this jacket and pant. A loose fit so you can wear it over a down jacket, back protector and transceiver, without it feeling tight and uncomfortable. The option of quick ventilation on short hikes. A hood that goes over your helmet and a higher collar to protect you in the lift. I've learnt through the years that details like these are what separates the wheat from the chaff.
