Haglöfs Holding AB is a wholly owned subsidiary of ASICS Corporation as of August 2010.
Haglöfs Holding AB is an owner company with the sole task of owning and administering the wholly owned operating subsidiary Haglöfs Scandinavia AB with its wholly owned subsidiaries Haglöfs Oy, Haglöfs AS, Haglöfs Danmark A/S, Haglöfs Deutschland Gmbh, Haglöfs UK Ltd and Nordic Outdoor Group AB – NOGAB.
